Kate provides a wonderful holding space during our sessions! She listens deeply and is fully present in our conversations. Kate has an exceptional ability to know when it is time to ask a question, when it is time to offer a suggestion, when humor might help move things along, and when it is time to pause (be silent) for reflection. She celebrates with me when there are breakthroughs and welcomes tears when they show up. I always feel nurtured and nourished by our conversations.
